Safety management system

KNT ENG’s current flagship solution safety management system is a so-called optimized system for the approaches, security, entrance and exit history management, education of operators and safety management around the entire arrangement in the electronic room.

The system has a certification function for the entry of a person who was certified beforehand, and the individual certification for the closing and opening of the door of the work-specific electric supply are provided. The safety management system is composed of safety management controller, for remote certification, verification of the person entering, and control of the entrance and exit. Also, the safety management control unit is for the request for the certification, safety education and status query. KNT ENG’s DDC Unit is for remote communication signal process, exit and entrance door control, and the company’s Door Lock is for exit and entrance control signal processing, and opening and closing action of the door for electric supply. The system was applied to POSCO for operation room certification system, voice alarm, control history management, and for safety education.

KNT ENG is continuously focusing on the development of new technologies to provide customers with building and factory automation and electricity monitoring system based on individual-oriented technology, as well as to integrate monitoring and controlling systems via Internet networks. The company is composed of several business divisions, including the industrial plant control system, petrochemical plant control system, environmental plant control system, ocean, shipbuilding plant control system, renewable energy plant control system, and the total solution product. The core businesses are automatic control and electro- chlorination system. Since its establishment, KNT ENG has focused on the development of innovative and reliable technology for customers, and also established an affiliated R&D Center to continue on the research of new products and systems.
