INZI CONTROLS produces a variety of thermal management products such as thermal management components for engines and hydrogen fuel cell systems based on the technology and know-how for the thermostat and coolant temperature sensors, which have been manufactured since its founding.

Automotive battery modules
INZI CONTROLS offers various solutions – from design to development and production, and from automotive battery module parts to finished products.
Starting with the production of battery parts for Soul EV, the first-generation electric vehicle of Hyundai Motor Group, the company has recently grown into a global top-notch battery solution specialist, producing battery modules for electric cars EQA and EQB of MBAG (Mercedes Benz Automotive Group).
INZI CONTROLS’ technology research center is equipped with infrastructure and test-evaluation equipment for packaging optimization and weight-reduction suitable for battery cell characteristics, battery cell/bus bar welding technology, and original product designs for various parts.
INZI CONTROLS is committed to developing technologies to increase battery efficiency through designs optimized for batteries’ thermal management. In addition, it is sparing no efforts in investing in finding a solution to responding to battery thermal runaway, which has become an issue recently.
In line with the rapid trend of electrification of automobiles in the European market, the Hungarian Komarom plant, a factory that has been in operation since 2020 and specializing in automotive battery solutions, is producing finished battery modules, as well as various related products, such as busbar modules and aluminum battery cases.
