HolmesAI Co., Ltd. recently announced that its advanced, innovative digital diagnosis platform ‘CL Holmes’ won the CES 2025 Innovation Award.
CL Holmes was honored with the award in recognition of improving accessibility to healthcare for the elderly. CL Holmes is a digital diagnosis platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to help detect and predict risks of heart disease, which occurs frequently among the elderly, and prevent such heart disease. It can diagnose 21 types of cardiac arrhythmias and predict risks up to six months in advance through patented AI technology.
CL Holmes enables health monitoring and management in daily life through ultra-small smart patch medical devices and digital therapeutics (DTx). It supports real-time monitoring and preventive measures for heart disease.
It improves the accuracy of medical staffs’ diagnoses by linking with the heart-disease data center within its parent company, SCL Group, and provides advanced diagnosis services domestically and internationally through a cloud-based AI platform. Even in developing countries where cardiologists are in short supply, wearable electrocardiogram device data can be read to provide accurate diagnostic services.
“In this era of hyper-aging, elderly health is a global issue, and the prevention and early diagnosis of heart disease are especially important. We will continue to upgrade core technologies such as AI, Internet of Things (IoT), and digital therapeutics (DTx) to help the elderly easily manage health-risk factors in their daily lives,” remarked a spokesperson for the company.
HolmesAI plans to establish a corporation in Boston, USA, next year and obtain FDA approval for CL Holmes. It will also utilize SCL Group’s global medical infrastructure to expand overseas to the USA, Indonesia, and the UAE.
