[INQ. NO. 2504E17] Ko-Mapper Co., Ltd. recently released KO-DETECT PRO, its AI-based facility safety diagnosis analysis software.
KO-DETECT PRO is software that automatically detects and analyzes facility damage using AI and drones. It was developed to overcome the limitations of existing manual-inspection methods and maximize the efficiency of safety inspections.
KO-DETECT PRO was designed to reduce the burden of manpower by streamlining the facility inspection work that previously required one to six persons, and to shorten the inspection period from 12 months to three months, thereby realizing a cost-reduction of at least 60%. In addition, its differentiated technologies and functions enable more precise and faster inspections.
Key functions include: AI technology that precisely detects various types of damage, such as cracks, peeling, delamination, whitening, and exposed rebar, down to 0.1 mm; automatic analysis and alignment of large-scale image data; optimization of maintenance plans through comparison of time-series data; and automatic report generation function, etc.
The company’s delivery to the Korea Authority of Land & Infrastructure Safety is an important public sector verification case of KO-DETECT PRO. It is expected that its usage will in the future be expanded to various facility safety inspection fields such as bridges, tunnels, and buildings.
Ko-Mapper plans to expand its multilingual version updates and cloud service support so that global customers can utilize the solution more conveniently, and plans to strengthen its localization strategy by introducing customized functions for each region.
The company’s CEO remarked, “We are delighted to have successfully completed the recent delivery to the Korea Authority of Land & Infrastructure Safety after KO-DETECT PRO was designated as an innovative product. We are currently receiving inquiries from agents in various countries including Japan, Singapore, Canada, Germany, the United States, and Uzbekistan,” adding “Through continuous technological innovation and research and development, we will lead the global facility safety management market beyond the domestic market.”
