Mold Products Surface-Temperature Management System

Hanguk Mold Co., Ltd., which participated in INTERMOLD KOREA 2025, introduced a mold products surface-temperature management system. It is a solution that measures the surface temperature of a mold with a thermal-imaging camera and converts it into data.
A spokesperson for the company explained, “Our mold products surface-temperature management system has a higher degree of design freedom than the built-in method of installing a sensor inside the mold, and it can accurately measure the surface temperature of the entire mold.”
If the mold temperature deviates from the normal range, the possibility of defects increases. The better the temperature is managed, the lower the defect rate can be. Hanguk Mold’s solution automatically saves temperature trends and converts them into data.
“Based on the collected data, our system can be developed into a defect prediction system that notifies workers when the mold deviates from the normal temperature. It will be an asset to smart factories or artificial intelligence transformation (AX),” remarked a spokesperson for the company.
