[INQ. NO. 2506E06] PNPSECURE, a security solution company, recently introduced ‘INFOSAFER,’ a personal information access history management solution at a local exhibition.
INFOSAFER is a security solution that collects and analyzes all access records generated in personal information processing systems to monitor personal information usage in real time. It provides visualization of the number of personal information views per day, access status by user and department, real-time risk scores, etc. — through an integrated dashboard.
In addition, through the function of risk rule scenario setting, it automatically detects risk details based on predefined conditions, such as the number of resident registration number views exceeding a certain standard during a specific time period. If abnormal access is detected, the user can be requested to explain the reason for the access, and the related information can be written into a report and submitted as evidence of actions in regulatory agencies or internal audits.

The system encrypts all personal information and stores it in a WORM (Write Once, Read Many) storage device that cannot delete or modify information once it has been recorded.
Currently, INFOSAFER is being applied to environments where personal information is frequently accessed, such as public institutions and financial institutions. Major adopters include the Ministry of Justice, Public Procurement Service, DB Securities, etc.
“The solution has obtained security-related certifications, including GS certification, and can help companies pass personal information protection items when preparing for ISMS certification,” explained a spokesperson from the company.
PNPSECURE has completed internal testing for the AI-based advanced function, and plans to introduce it in the second half of this year. It aims to continue to introduce advanced security-related products at various security events in the future.
