Platform for Analyzing and Evaluating Conversational AI Products

For example, if you input ‘Find conversations where users are experiencing inconvenience,’it will find conversations where users are dissatisfied with the answers based on the duration of the conversation and the situation in which they are experiencing inconvenience. This can also be analyzed in- depth, and provided in the form of a dashboard.
“The platform can detect and analyze parts of a conversation where users express dissatisfaction, such as ‘Why can’t you understand me? This platform can extract not only the occurrence of complaints, but also the situation whereby users feel dissatisfied,” a spokesperson for the company explained.
Coxwave provides customized settings according to the criteria that each company demands.
The company spokesperson added, “Conversational AI products are gradually evolving toward personalized user experiences. We will be able to help developers achieve their business goals by creating AI that goes beyond simple Q&A and can analyze users and provide what they need appropriately.”
