Gas Analyzers for Semiconductor Scrubbers
Utilizing high-accuracy dual beam NDIR sensor modules (such as Z-360 or Z-800), ELT SENSOR’s high-end gas analyzers (FGA5000, FGA1000) are applicable for the measurement of various gases like CF4, N2O, NF3 and THC.

With a 3.2-inch LCD display, they are housed in black-colored aluminum. For highly efficient operation, they are fitted with small air diaphragm pumps and pump control boards, as well as dust- and humidity-removal filters.

With international certifications such as CE, RoHS and REACH, the manufacturer’s gas sensors are suitable for a wide range of applications. For instance, general gas sensors for ventilation, robust gas sensors resistant to 99% humidity for agricultural use, and small sensors for restricted spaces are available.
