maiLink is designed to operate various diagnostic assistance medical AI solutions in a single environment by combining image normalization AI processing technology, AI integration technology for hospital system linkage, and medical information collection and analysis technology into a single platform.

This solution minimizes changes to the existing hospital IT environment through a hybrid approach that combines a mini PC-based on-premises server with a cloud AI server. Analysis results are integrated with EMR and PACS, thus improving the efficiency of interpretation and treatment flow. This approach aims to reduce the burden of AI adoption for medical institutions while simultaneously enhancing its practical application in clinical practice.
maihub is also strengthening its patient-centered services along with its platform expansion. Through packaged medical AI services and the AI-based analysis report maiReport, it provides personalized health information and has established an environment where patients can manage and understand their test results in a single location. Its features ― such as hospital registration via QR scan, health insurance data integration, and supplying of customized health content ― are aimed at improving the patient experience.
Two key models will be unveiled by maihub at KIMES 2026:
Firstly, mai:BoneAge, a bone age prediction AI fully integrated into the maiLink platform following its acquisition. Based on wrist X-ray images, it applies the Greulich-Pyle (GP) model to provide three priorities of bone ages, and provides the ‘My Child’s AI Growth Report,’ which visualizes predicted height and growth information. Cumulative reports by examination point allow for intuitive monitoring of growth changes and management points, supporting decision-making by medical staff and guardians.

Secondly, it offers a ‘Medical AI Customized Package’ tailored to the specific clinical specialties and operating environment of each medical institution. To reduce the complexity of solution selection and implementation, maihuboffers AI solutions in packaged form, enabling healthcare institutions to more quickly utilize AI solutions tailored to their needs.
maihub entered the Southeast Asian market by obtaining certifications from Malaysia (MDA) and Indonesia (BPOM) and continues to collaborate with major local hospital networks.
maihub demonstrated its platform competitiveness in the North American market through its participation in RSNA 2025. Based on the permission of FDA 510(k) earlier this year, maihub plans to enter the U.S. market in earnest and expand its business to Central and South America.

Southeast Asia, a region with limited infrastructure and specialized personnel relative to healthcare demand, is experiencing high demand for medical AI commercialization. Therefore, the company’s strategy is to expand collaborations centered on solution models optimized for the local environment.
