Automatic Steam-Cleaning Solution for System (Ceiling) Air Conditioners

https://korean-electronics.com//inquiry

[INQ. NO. 2308E03] The key to cleaning air conditioners is the heat exchanger, which becomes wet with moisture as the refrigerant circulates while the air conditioner is running. This creates an environment conducive to the growth of fungi and bacteria.

Even if the exterior and parts are removed to clean the air conditioner, it is almost impossible for a person to clean the fins precisely. Furthermore, if one accidentally presses it with a tool, the aluminum fins are easily bent and the cooling efficiency is reduced.
At the 2023 KOREA BUILD WEEK held from August 3 to 6, an automatic steam-cleaning solution for system (ceiling type) air conditioners was exhibited.

This system enables operators to install an automatic cleaning robot after disassembling the system air conditioner in an overhauled state.

Regardless of the manufacturer, the robot scans the shape of the heat exchanger through proximity recognition – and then goes through the steps of applying detergent, steam, high-pressure washing, and air drying.

A spokesperson for the company explained, “The robot’s cleaning time usually takes about 15 minutes, but like a washing machine, it is possible to set the time step-by-step, so the time required for each step can be further extended depending on the condition of the air conditioner.”

Screen Protector Film for Mobile Phones and Tablets

https://korean-electronics.com//inquiry

[INQ. NO. 2307E08] JOATECH was established in October 2012 and has been growing through the development of its own smartphone screen protector film.

JOATECH’s products can be attached easily, quickly, accurately and cleanly – and can be completely attached to smartphones and tablets with flat and curved edge screens.

As the function and performance of mobile phones have developed, the size of screen has increased, and the design has become curved and three-dimensional, making it more difficult to attach the screen protector film.

JOATECH EASY POSITION® is a patented screen protector film designed and developed to be easily, quickly, accurately and cleanly attached to flat and curved edge screens of smartphones and tablets.

Screen Protector Film with perfect guiding system
The ‘perfect guiding system’ prevents wrong position selection, entry of dust, and excessive air bubbles that may occur during the attachment process, and enables attachment to the correct position using an attachment adapter. Step-by-step attachment using an integrated handle makes it easy to use, even for beginners.

A low-viscosity adhesive is coated on the lower part of the colored guide film to eliminate slippage and entry of dust during the attachment process.

JOATECH’s screen protector film has five domestic patents and three trademark rights, and its excellent quality and ease of attachment have been recognized in many overseas exhibitions.

Currently, sales are showing steady growth, both in online and offline markets. JOATECH is aiming to develop even easier and more convenient attachment methods and better functional films.

All products of JOATECH are produced in the clean room of its own factory in Korea, and under the motto “Quality is the Best Policy,” it has established an affiliated research institute – in order to concentrate on process & raw material development and quality improvement – together with its partner company.
