The International Security Exhibition & Conference (SECON 2024) is the only integrated security exhibition encompassing physical security, cyber security, and convergence security. In addition, a special event commemorating KRW 1 trillion in cumulative domestic business sales and a tour event through which visitors obtained IDIS’ limited-edition goods were held.

AI Breaker Solution

[INQ. NO. 2404E03] Artificial intelligence (AI) is also being introduced in the field of social safety, and ‘smart cities’ are being created everywhere.
Amano Korea Co., Ltd. introduced an AI breaker solution at SECON 2024. This solution is based on AI object- and person- detection technology installed in CCTV. First, when a pedestrian traffic light shows a red no-walking signal, the blocking bar operates to block traffic. If a pedestrian attempts to jaywalk, the system recognizes the movement and issues a warning through a speaker.
The same applies to vehicles. When the traffic light changes to yellow, it recognizes vehicles approaching the crosswalk and sends out the same warning broadcast.
The solution comes in the form of two products –a product that includes a traffic light, and another that only has a blocking function, so it can be used according to conditions such as around existing traffic lights or for new installations.
A spokesperson for the company explained, “We applied the know-how gained from developing and operating existing parking control solutions,” adding “It is a solution that goes beyond security to provide protection. We plan to supply it to local governments starting this year, targeting places where parents and guardians need to walk, including children’s protection areas.”

DEEP:Security uses AI to automatically identify items at risk of information leaks, such as USBs, smartphones, and storage devices, when passing through security checkpoints, and thus assists security guards in their reading tasks. It is easy to apply to fields that require security upon entry, such as institutions and private companies. Excellent scalability allows users to add or delete desired detection-items according to companies’ characteristics.
When passing through the security checkpoint, AI automatically detects hidden items in the bag. The location of the dangerous items is displayed in the shape of a box, and a related message alert notifies you of the item. The two solutons detect a bag quickly in continuous baggage video with a cycle of one second per bag image, and consistently provides reading accuracy at a high level of approximately 95%. This makes it possible to build an efficient security workflow.

IDIS showcased its latest integrated security platform, iNEX, at the forefront to increase visitors’ immersion in order to experience safety in ‘IDIS SAFE CITY,’ which is protected from various threats.

INNODEP introduced an open AI platform smart building, as well as smart transportation, and smart mobility products. The one that received the most attention was the open AI platform, ‘NEOVISION.’ INNODEP, to develop this 3rd-generation intelligent screening control solution, has utilized 100% of the performance of the graphics processing unit (GPU) by applying the NVIDIA framework.

UWB Radar Product

This is possible because the World Standard Radio Regulations, which was originally intended for indoor use, was developed on its own according to the UWB standards.

UMAIN is cooperating with a major telecommunications company in Korea to release a product for monitoring the elderly living alone, and has also developed a sleep monitoring product with a partner. Also, through a CCTV company, it is in the process of commercializing respiratory movement detection in places such as showers and changing rooms where cameras cannot be used. 4D Imaging Radar

Security Chips
