PERSO LIVE is operated by combining the virtual human ‘Natalie’ and Chat GPT. Natalie is an IP (intellectual property) produced by ESTsoft. When users input their questions by voice or text, an AI assistant capable of speaking 110 languages answers within three seconds.
In this way, with PERSO LIVE, anyone around the world can easily experience ESTsoft’s interactive AI human in real time, and it is provided on both the Web and mobile.

According to ESTsoft, AI human Natalie is evaluated as showing a high lip synchronization rate and natural movements as if talking to a person.
According to service users, AI Human Natalie feels more like one is interacting with a person rather than a mechanical device. It is evaluated that it has overcome the ‘uncanny valley’ that can be felt in AI human with a mouth shape that matches the pronunciation and a natural facial expression.
