[INQ. NO. 2407E06] HELPER ROBOTICS, a robot technology company with the motto of ‘space automation,’ recently participated in NextRise 2024 and introduced a serving robot.
The company’s serving robot is low in height. It sticks to the floor like a robot vacuum cleaner and drives. Also, instead of autonomous driving, it chose an RFID communication method. The robot drives by communicating with the RFID chip on the floor. This is why a dedicated robot passage is needed.
The company’s dedicated robot passage is installed at the same location as the customer’s table. The robot walks around the store, which is similar to a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant, and serves food.

HELPER ROBOTICS explained, “While developing an autonomous robot, we listened to the voices of store owners and developed the current service that separates the customer passage and the robot passage,” adding, “It will be able to improve operational efficiency and provide customers with a fresh experience.”
HELPER ROBOTICS has launched various models by capacity according to store size and customer requests, and is also considering ways to use a lift to alternate between the first and second floors and to apply different entry and exit routes for the robot.

HELPER ROBOTICS aims to open a new era of unmanned operation by maximizing efficiency, alleviating actual labor, and improving cost structures through solutions optimized for various industries that require robots.
Founded in 2021, HELPER ROBOTICS conducts research and development and production of robot technology in-house, and has its own differentiated competitiveness. Through various robot demonstration projects and store introductions, HELPER ROBOTICS is creating its own brand.
