Korean Companies Tapping Southeast Asia’s Big Data & AI Market

 The 2024 Big Data & AI World, which will be held at the Singapore Marina Bay Sands Exhibition Center from October 9 to 10, is Southeast Asia’s largest big data and AI exhibition.
This year’s exhibition also includes various international conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and networking events on innovative technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
Through the Korea Pavilion jointly organized by the Korea Artificial Intelligence Association (KORAIA) and KOTRA, seven companies armed with innovative solutions related to big data and AI, and showing considerable competitiveness in the global market, will settle in and start global marketing.

Singapore’s AI industry is achieving steady innovation and development, led by public-private sector cooperation. With active support and investment from the government and companies, the application of AI is expanding, which is driving innovation and efficiency improvements in various sectors.
In particular, healthcare, finance, and education are expected to fulfill more important roles as key areas where AI can be applied, and the Singapore government is expected to act as a key player in global AI innovation by strengthening regulations and guidelines on AI technology and its ethical use.
