VMS’s MMS (Machine Monitoring System) detects any fault well in time for planned maintenance and repairs, causing no or minimum interruption to production processes, utility equipment and shipping. Immediate results of the evaluated conditions are presented as greenyellow- red in a graph on the display. Any trouble spots can be instantly and easily recognized.

The VMS Machine Monitoring System (MMS) VMRS 200W series is a simple monitoring system. It converts a vibration input signal to a user-defined broadband value proportional to RMS of vibration velocity, acceleration or True Peak-To-Peak of displacement. The standard model provides 4(four) inputs from ICP accelerometers or proximity probes. Each channel provides 1 Alert relay, 1 Danger relay and 4 to 20 mA output suitable for Process Control system (DCS or PLC). On the front panel , there are live bar graph displays with Alert and Danger levels. The buffered vibration raw signals are accessible from the front panel BNC connectors and inside Terminal Block.

It converts a vibration input signal to a user-defined broadband value proportional to RMS of vibration velocity, acceleration or Acceleration Enveloping, True Peak To-Peak of displacement. The Alert / Danger relay outputs and 4 to 20mA output signal can directly interface with a Process Control System (DCS or PLC) up to 32 ch in a single rack.
