[INQ. NO. 1806E05] UNIX Electronics recently announced the launch of its first air purifier. This new product reduces PM 2.5 harmful substances like formaldehyde and ultrafine dust of 0.1μm up to 99% and 99.7% respectively through a quadruple filter. Cleaning Air Delivery Rate (CADR) and usable area are 407m3/h and 44.1m2, respectively.
UNIX Electronics has also applied the BLDC motor technology used in hair dryers to an air purifier. Considering the environment of using the product around the clock, it has adopted a lowvibration, low-noise BLDC motor.
Equipped with a high-precision smart sensor on its surface, this product features a “smart automatic clean mode” that operates by choosing the clean mode itself depending on changes in the surrounding air. As the air state is displayed in four colors on the front side of the main body, you can check the air quality at a glance. It is a slim tower type in white color, and it is priced at around KRW170,000.
