Generator Stator Coil (Roebel Bar)

[INQ. NO. 1910E18] The generator stator coil in this product is developed by the highly reliable resin rich method.
As the portion of Mica in primary insulation matter is increased with the resin rich method, dielectric strength and electric characteristics are intensified. Therefore, 540 degree is applied for the transposition angle which was 360 degrees before to reduce internal circulation current and extend service life.
Application of Inner Corona Protection (ICP) reduced partial discharge. Jigs and products manufacturing by 3D reverse engineering improved shape accuracy. It was installed at unit #3 generator in Ilsan Power Station for test bed, and was still providing commercial service as of May 12, 2019.
