Abdominal CT Automatic Segmentation Model–based Solution
AIVis-Q is an abdominal CT automatic segmentation model–based solution designed to measure and analyze disease-severity indicators. It analyzes abdominal CT images to automatically segment major abdominal organs and supports quantitative evaluation for disease-severity assessment.
AIVis-Q performs automatic segmentation of abdominal organs using CT-imaging data. The solution analyzes CT images to extract quantitative indicators related to disease severity and supports analysis of major abdominal organs including the liver, spleen, and pancreas.
AIVis-Q applies deep learning–based 3D models including DeepLabV3+ and nnU-Net. The model is trained with multi-institutional data to enhance performance and supports PNG and DICOM image inputs. Model performance is validated through 5-fold cross validation, achieving an average Dice Score of 96.3%.
