Traditional facial recognition systems are vulnerable to data breaches because facial matching is performed in plaintext.
At first glance, reconstructing a facial image from facial landmark data—commonly referred to as a facial template—may seem improbable due to its numerical vector format. However, recent advances have made it increasingly feasible to reverse-engineer facial templates into facial images.

Cuckoo Electronics also released a portable two-person electric rice cooker storage bag for campers. It features a round zipper puller and slide, embossed lining, and the bag can be purchased separately.
A spokesperson for the company explained, “Sales of premium rice cookers are increasing, but we released this new product to provide a variety of options for 1-2 person households looking for gourmet appliances,” adding, “We will continue to introduce gourmet appliances that utilize our technologies, such as induction, microwave ovens, and air fryers.”
