[INQ. NO. 2609E04] Medical IT company TNH Co., Ltd. will participate in KIMES BUSAN 2026, to be held at BEXCO in Busan from October 23 to 25, to introduce solutions that support the digital transformation of medical institutions, including cloud-based EMR and CRM systems and collaboration platforms dedicated to hospitals and clinics.
TNH is a company that has developed cloud medical platforms supporting overall hospital operations. It focuses on efficiently connecting the diverse tasks occurring within medical institutions — ranging from medical record management to appointments, consultations, billing, insurance claims, customer management, and internal communication — all within a single environment.

Currently, an average of over 15,000 medical professionals and hospital staff daily at approximately 3,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide in Korea use TNH’s solutions. While maintaining continuous revenue growth over the past four years, the company is integrating AI technology into its existing EMR and CRM services and expanding its service scope to include internal hospital collaboration.
At this exhibition, TNH introduces a cloud-based medical platform that connects the entire spectrum of hospital operations, centering on its flagship solutions — ‘VegasCRM,’ and ‘HanChartCloud’— an EMR tailored for Korean Oriental medicine clinics — and ‘Starfruit,’ a newly introduced collaboration platform designed exclusively for hospitals and clinics.
VegasCRM is a cloud-based EMR and CRM solution capable of integrated management of key tasks essential for hospital operations — ranging from appointments and consultations to medical treatment, billing, insurance claims, and customer management. It offers features such as an integrated appointment system that connects multiple booking channels; automated customer guidance based on treatment history; and management of packages, points, and prepayments. Support for consultation tasks utilizing AI technology has also been enhanced. It automatically summarizes phone consultation content and analyzes consultation data to identify risks of customer churn or potential complaints.
The company explains that this allows for the reduction of repetitive tasks during consultations, and enables more consistent management of consultation processes that can vary depending on the staff member. Key clients are hospitals and clinics in the fields of dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic medicine, where appointments, consultations, and customer management are of high importance. TNH highlights its competitive edge as a structure in which sales and contact organizations directly collect requirements from the field, share them with planning, design, and development teams, and reflect them in the product.

HanChartCloud is a cloud-based EMR solution developed specifically for the work environment of Korean Oriental medicine clinics that offer both therapeutic and cosmetic treatments. It supports medical record management, automobile insurance-related tasks, image storage, and patient management, all within a single platform.
It is designed to efficiently manage the workflow extending from patient registration to treatment, payment, and administrative tasks by providing integration with Naver and Kakao reservations, as well as indemnity insurance claims and reception functions utilizing the ‘HiOSK’ kiosk.

TNH expanded its service scope to include internal communication with the launch of ‘Starfruit,’ a collaboration platform designed exclusively for hospitals and clinics, in the second half of 2026. Starfruit integrates with EMRs in real-time, enabling employees working in different locations — such as treatment rooms, consultation rooms, and reception desks — to quickly share work information and requests.
Starfruit allows users to view patient charts directly from the messenger screen and offers features to reduce patient waiting inconvenience by providing notifications regarding treatment-room waiting times. It enables integrated management of various social media consultation channels and supports communication with foreign patients by utilizing AI translation functions. Another key feature is its support for both Android and iOS mobile environments, allowing hospital staff to check tasks and collaborate in real-time regardless of location.
Through this, TNH expects the EMR to evolve beyond a system for only managing medical records into a platform that connects the actual workflow and communication of hospital staff.
At KIMES BUSAN 2026, TNH plans to operate an exhibition booth to allow visitors to experience the three solutions firsthand, and introduce how AI and cloud technologies are applied to actual hospital operations. In particular, it will propose an integrated operational environment that encompasses treatment, appointments, consultations, customer management, and internal collaboration to officials from medical institutions in the Yeongnam region.
The CEO of TNH explained, “Our goal is to help hospitals operate more efficiently, provide excellent patient experiences, and achieve sustainable growth through technology,” adding “We will continue to actively utilize AI technology to continuously develop and enhance services that meet the demands of the medical field.”
