MEMS Gas Sensor (TED110)

TED110, an oxide semiconductor-type gas sensor, is optimized for detecting harmful gases (volatile organic compounds) using a metal oxide nanoparticles. Its advantages include subminiature SMP packaging (including ROIC 3x3x1mm), self-temperature compensation, long-term stability, high-sensitivity, fast responding speed and low power consumption (<15mW). It is used for air pollution monitoring systems, air quality measurement (indoors, vehicles, parking lots, etc.), air purifying systems (homes, class rooms, factories, offices, etc.) and electronic appliances (air-conditioners, hoods, air purifiers, boilers, etc.).


MEMS Infrared Sensor (AIR111)

AIR111, a thermocouple infrared sensor, has very excellent sensitivity as it is composed of nanothermoelectric materials (transition metal halogen compounds). The infrared sensor can be used in the field of motion monitoring, fire monitoring and non-contact temperature measurement.
Its advantages include subminiature SMP packaging (ROIC included 2.3×3.4×1.2mm), continuous temperature monitoring, high reliability and stability and real-time motion monitoring.
