Smooth Inner Wall COD
[INQ. NO. 2011E06] Smooth Inner Wall COD is a product Iteco Ltd. developed by applying COD. Like COD, Smooth Inner Wall COD features a lined spiral-shaped exterior in which a straight pipe (smoothed tube) with a flat inner wall is inserted. It is manufactured in one piece and made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) that COD and micro COD are made of.
Smooth Inner Wall COD (SWCOD) is mainly used to protect electricity cables and telecommunication cables (Metallic Telecommunication Cable) when they are laid underground and can be used for other pipes, such as water pipes and drain pipes.
Since it has a similar structural character to that of COD and micro COD, it is flexible. It can thus be delivered in rolls.
This product is made 100% of HDPE and is structurally flexible.
Also, since it is flexible, a long length of the product (200 to 1,500 meters) can be delivered in the form of a roll.
This product is strongly resistant against external shock and 100% safe from natural disasters.
When compared to the existing products, the customers can save on installation costs by up to 70% with Smooth Inner Wall COD.
The time it takes to install the Smooth Inner Wall COD is about 30 times faster than the time it takes to install other existing products.
Without any special investment for maintenance, this product can maintain its original quality for more than 50 years.
This product is a perforated pipe that can be used for various purposes with just one installation.
