This e-signature service works on all mobile devices such as PCs, mobile phones, and tablets without space or time limitations. It also reduces the costs and workload involved with paperwork, printing, and scanning.

One can send a signature request via email, SMS, and messaging applications − so viewing the form is highly accessible. Users will be able to thoroughly keep track of all changes as the service checks the status and history of each sent form.
The document signed through e.Form is protected by blockchain encryption and stored in a safe cloud environment. It is also secured with Document DNA and Timestamp technology. These features prevent any forging or altering of documents.
e.Form allows bulk sending of electronic signature forms to up to 500 recipients at once. Users can send bulk amounts of forms by uploading an Excel list of recipients.
Moreover, it is possible for one to select up to five recipients for a multi-party agreement, and allow them to sign in a simultaneous or in a consecutive order. Accordingly, it is much more efficient and less time-consuming for all concerned parties.
