Real-time Gene Amplification Device

[INQ. NO. 2205E05] GenePro lamp cycler (NIR-100) is a real-time gene amplification device used to measure the degree of amplification of a target gene using loop-mediated isothermal amplification (lamp).
In the lamp method, four or more primers are combined by selecting specific regions from the target gene (DNA or RNA) to create a loop structure and use the amplification enzyme DNA polymerase to conduct a loop-mediated reaction at a constant temperature (60 – 65 degrees C).
Compared to earlier PCRs, Genpro lamp cycler has high cost-effectiveness, and is very easy to operate. Also, it is much faster (30~40min to analyze) than previous PCRs.
