In addition, JYP Global has developed optical fiber bundle assembly parts and rubber parts for endoscopy with the request of some US buyers and is now delivering the product to the buyer.
JYP Global exported the heating tank to TMI of the United States in 2009, followed by exports of parts to 5 companies in the United States and Europe in 2014. Since 2015, JYP Global has participated in KIMES (Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show), the largest medical device exhibition in South Korea, now is manufacturing and supplying parts by receiving requests from several companies.

All RFID game tables are equipped with the Smart Electronic Drop Box, and money can be exchanged on the table. The scoreboard of Baccarat and Blackjack was developed by ourselves, thus can be customized and is connected to the RFID system. Bank & Cashier System can manage the position of the chips in the electronic chips management system, checking any anomaly at the time of deposit/withdrawal of chips to/ from the bank and the cashier. The Cashier System enables quick and accurate calculation of chips, management of payment, and real-time monitoring of counterfeit/falsified chips, and the Bank System can manage the fl ow of chips in real time and manage Fill/Credit as the flow of chips are automatically calculated and inputted.

The Card Deck Checking System is composed of the deck checker and shredder. As it is not touched by anyone, except for the management of the card lifecycle (warehousing, using and shredding) and card input, this System has a high security level and can check the card deck quickly and accurately (including the UV function). The shredder sends the deck-checked information to the server, and the cards are sent to the shredder through the conveyor belt for shredding.
All of these processes are controlled and managed through the RFID management server, and this information can be used for the accurate payment of comps and as a marketing data.

SK D&D, Starting to Make Inroads into the Solar-connected ESS

SK D&D has installed and is operating a total of 239MWh of ESS now at 12 sites and will come to commercially operate a total of 408MWh including seven sites additionally contracted. SK D&D plans to secure its position as an ESS developer with a total of 800MWh scale by establishing 600MWh of the industrial ESS and 200MWh of the solar-connected ESS by the end of this year.
Beginning with the photovoltaic power plant (13.3MW) at Jeollanam-do Yeongam F1 grand prix track in 2012, SK D&D has successfully developed and constructed the photovoltaic power generation system, which is installed in the Daegu Sewage Treatment Plant (7.7MW) and Suncheon Sewage Treatment Plant (1MW), respectively.
A related party of SK D&D said, “Based on our experience of longstanding development competence of photovoltaic power plants and experiences of ESS construction & operation, we are providing our customers with a total solution of design, purchase, construction, stable operation and maintenance of 15 years for ESS connected to the photovoltaic power plant.”
He added, “It is difficult to obtain licenses for the photovoltaic power plant due to difficulty in land acquisition or development and projects are delayed frequently on account of civil complaints. However, solar-connected ESS has advantages of reduced licensing period as a small site is utilized within the photovoltaic development site and there are almost no civil complaints.”
As the government grants the new and regenerated energy supply certificate (REC) weight of 5.0 to the solar-connected ESS by the end of 2019, the business owner can secure the profitability stably through this.
In case of the solar-connected ESS developed by SK D&D, Gridwiz will be in charge of installation and operation of PMS (Power Management System), which is key to ESS operation. After concluding a Memorandum of Understanding with SK D&D last year for jointly carrying forward the ESS business, Gridwiz installs and operates PMS for industrial ESS.
According to SK D&D, the relevant solarconnected PMS is designed with a special algorithm that can control charge/discharge in accordance with the characteristics of highly volatile renewable energy.
In addition, SK D&D operates the ESS situation room around the clock, responds immediately to abnormal situations through real-time monitoring, and manages the ESS to maintain the best performance at all times. Kim Haejung, Executive Director of SK D&D in charge of Eco Green, explained, “The market for ESS connected to new and renewable energy is expected to expand in earnest in accordance with the 3020 Policy on Renewable Energy, and we will contribute to expanding supply of ESS which is the core of decentralized power generation.”

MEMS Gas Sensor (TED110)

TED110, an oxide semiconductor-type gas sensor, is optimized for detecting harmful gases (volatile organic compounds) using a metal oxide nanoparticles. Its advantages include subminiature SMP packaging (including ROIC 3x3x1mm), self-temperature compensation, long-term stability, high-sensitivity, fast responding speed and low power consumption (<15mW). It is used for air pollution monitoring systems, air quality measurement (indoors, vehicles, parking lots, etc.), air purifying systems (homes, class rooms, factories, offices, etc.) and electronic appliances (air-conditioners, hoods, air purifiers, boilers, etc.).

 

MEMS Infrared Sensor (AIR111)

AIR111, a thermocouple infrared sensor, has very excellent sensitivity as it is composed of nanothermoelectric materials (transition metal halogen compounds). The infrared sensor can be used in the field of motion monitoring, fire monitoring and non-contact temperature measurement.
Its advantages include subminiature SMP packaging (ROIC included 2.3×3.4×1.2mm), continuous temperature monitoring, high reliability and stability and real-time motion monitoring. It can be used for non-contact infrared thermometers (ear thermometers), security systems (realtime motion monitoring), smartphone sensors, optical gas sensors (NDIR) and electronic appliances (dryers, microwaves, air-conditioners, refrigerators, printers, etc.).
